Cloud migration and hardening for a growing fintech

The challenge

A fast-growing fintech had outgrown a single on-prem server. Deployments were manual and risky, scaling meant buying hardware, and a pending compliance review demanded a much stronger security baseline than the existing setup could show.

What we did

We planned and executed a phased migration to cloud infrastructure — containerised services, managed databases, automated backups, and infrastructure-as-code. Security was built in throughout: least-privilege access, encrypted data at rest and in transit, and continuous monitoring.
