The challenge
Production-critical systems ran in a cramped server room with inconsistent cooling, no UPS protection, and backups that had never been tested for recovery. A single power event could halt the line.
What we did
We redesigned the space with proper rack management, cooling planning, and UPS integration, then implemented tiered storage (NAS/SAN) with automated, tested backups and a written disaster-recovery plan covering recovery time and recovery point objectives.
